Black vehicles are parked at different locations in the city. Locked cars are left running and with no registration plates. In each vehicle an audio track is being played at high volume. The sound can be heard outside the car, transmitted through vibration of the vehicle body. Tracks are composed of overlapping layers of low frequency drone sound. No information about the installation or its location is communicated to the public/audience.
